Our history
CVA Electronica was founded in 1986 by Antonio Martins Correia. The company has started its activity manufacturing professional audio amplifiers.
In the 90s, CVA starts its export journey with its own brand CVA, designing and producing professional sound systems.
In 2004, the brand NEXT-proaudio is born. NEXT-proaudio is the result of an evolutionary process with +18 years, through an engineering and production team with a large experience in the professional audio field.
In 2006, due to the export’s growth, a new factory is acquired including logistics department, production, R&D department, sales and financial department in the same building.
In 2015, thanks to the expansion plan, the production capacity increases 45% due to the strong sales growth together with a great implementation of the brand in more than 40 international markets through its distribution network.
In 2020, with the great development of the company based on research and technological development policies, the expansion is mandatory, and the company creates a new logistics platform, always based on technology 4.0.
Also, in 2020, with an experienced team and their know-how acquired in more than 30 years, NEXT Audiocom is born!
In 2022 and immediately after the Covid-19 pandemic situation, thanks to the expansion plan and the sales growth, a new Logistics Center is built increasing the capacity in more than 75%, with 1500+ pallet spaces.
